WearTAK can also pass data over WiFi including MANET radios.

WearTAK is built to scale across the Department of Defense and public safety partners. It is currently deployed with urban and rural fire departments and is piloted in France, Kuwait, and Turkey. The 88th Security Forces Squadron at Wright-Patterson AFB uses WearTAK for security at NATO events and joint exercises. They’ve used it to reduce extraction times of injured teammates by 50%.
