Thrilled to announce the success of our live burn demo at Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA), marking a significant milestone in the mission. Our demo demonstrated how our location tracking technology significantly cuts RIT times, enhancing firefighter safety and operational efficiency.

Ascent is hosting an open burn demonstration at the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy to showcase our latest tech advancements. This event will highlight our enhanced indoor localization system, recently validated in phase 4 of the FRST Challenge. Attendees will have the opportunity to see our product in action that is currently deployed with the Mattoon and Charleston Fire Departments. Lunch and refreshments are included!

An Ascent live burn demo offers fire departments a hands-on experience with our first responder indoor tracking technology.

The event begins with a brief introduction to our company and the technologies we offer, followed by a Q&A session where fire professionals can learn how our systems integrate with their existing procedures.

The demonstration then transitions to the training tower, where our tracking modules are attached to firefighters. In various operation scenarios throughout the training structure, attendees can monitor the live location and elevation of firefighters via our platform.

The outdoor demo concludes with a brief debriefing session to address any remaining questions and discuss the events of the day.
